Welcome to issue four of the complete Dracula, last issue we saw Lucy eat most of London, without anyone being much the wiser, and we saw Dracula roaming about menacingly too. This issue, the characters get in on the action, and realize some of the things that have been going on. The star of this issue is Mina though, she's kind of the star of the whole series, but this issue she proves totally indispensable. Thank goodness the other characters know that and keep her safe...oh....wait...

The Complete Dracula #4 cover by John CassadayThe end is in sight!

The Complete Dracula #4 (of 5) arrives in shops across the USA and Canada today (UK and Europe tomorrow) with the final -  even bigger – issue following later this month.

#4 sees Mina at her most capable and Van Helsing at his most chauvinistic – not an ideal combination when you’re preparing to do battle with the Lord of the Undead himself.

The Complete Dracula #3 out now (with preview pages)

Posted By John Reppion on September 9th, 2009

The Complete Dracula #3 cover by John CassadayAt last it’s here! The Complete Dracula #3 arrives in shops across the globe this week and we sincerely hope you’re looking forward to it as much as Matt Holmes is.

There have been some changes this issue, the most obvious being the introduction of Mr. Dheeraj Verma to the team (and we are, of course, very pleased to have him aboard).

As usual, our author’s notes in the back of the book will tell you everything you could possibly want to know about the issue (and probably some stuff you didn’t want to know too) as well as showing the script to finished artwork process.

Don’t forget to drop into the Forum and tell us what you think of the issue.

The Complete Dracula #2 out this week (with preview pages)

Posted By John Reppion on July 28th, 2009

The Complete Dracula #2 (of 5)The Complete Dracula #2 will arrive in shops across the USA & Canada tomorrow (UK & Europe on Thursday).

The second issue begins with the story of the doomed ship The Demeter as it sails from Varna to Whitby carrying a deadly cargo. The voyage takes place between mid July and early August so, for those of you following the story in real time via Dracula Blogged, Blog Dracula or Real Time Dracula (with all it’s Twitter based goodness), the action is actually taking place as I type.

For those of you who can’t wait to get your hands on a copy of #2 here’s a sneek preview of pages 1 to 5 -  digitally painted by Mr. Colton Worley (take a bow sir) ably assited by Mr. Aaron Campbell’s splendid layouts.
