We’re just about to start packing for a weekend in Dublin at the sixth annual Phoenix Convention.
The lovely, lovely man that is Paul Cornell is this year’s deserving Guest Of Honour while the list of other attending guests is ludicrously good:

Murphy, David Murphy, Bob Neilson, Kim Newman, Peadar O’Guilín, Brian J. Showers, Colin Smythe, Charlie Stross, Steve Westcott – not to mention the wife and myself. 
The con takes place over three days and is being held at the Central Hotel, Dublin.

My wife Vicki was just in Dublin for a wedding the last week in February/first week in March. If I had known about Phoenix Con I would have tried to talk the couple in to postponing their wedding for a month.
I hope you both had a good time.
